How to visit
Off season, the printshop is open Friday thru Sunday, 10:30 to 5:00. (Please check our social media before making a special trip; occasionally the shop will be closed so that we can attend special markets.)
Summer hours: From June 16th to October 3rd, Running the Goat's printshop will be open to the public Thursday thru Monday, 10:30 to 5:30. Otherwise by chance or appointment. Drop-by visitors are warmly welcomed.
Visitors are requested to wear masks, and will be asked to use hand sanitizer before touching anything in the shop. The number of visitors in the shop may be limited to facilitate physical distancing.
Tours of the press room will be available on a limited basis.
Purchasing at the printshop
The printshop features all Running the Goat titles currently in print, as well as letterpress-printed materials from local printers, a thoughtfully curated selection of books for adults, and exceptional children's literature.
We also offer a fine array of prints from local printmakers, audio books from a local audio-book publisher, and a small selection of local pottery.
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Debit (tap enabled), and e-transfer.

Running the Goat’s trade publications are distributed by Nimbus Publishing in Canada, and can be found at, or special ordered through, independent bookstores across the country.
