Shipping policy

Free shipping in Canada on orders over $150.

We will do our best to process your order promptly. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. If there will be a delay for reasons beyond our control, we'll make sure to reach out to you.

We will continue to ship during postal disruptions in Canada. Please select your preferred method of delivery. If we need to opt for another method, we'll select the least expensive option and confirm any necessary change in shipping rates before finalizing your order. If you are unhappy with the shipping alternative, we'll happily refund your purchase.

Due to the ongoing uncertainties regarding tariffs, we regret that we are not able to ship to the United States at this time. We look forward to a mutually beneficial resolution to trade instabilities, and hope to resume shipments soon.

We're happy to provide "Goat Express" delivery in the Tors Cove/St. John's area. Parcels are generally delivered within 3 days. The cost is $5 plus applicable tax; minimum order for Goat Express is $15.

If there is a reason for delay, we'll be in touch.  If no one will be available to receive a delivery, please provide information about where the package can be left safely, out of the weather.
